How does it work?
Botox®, Daxxify®, Dysport®, Jeuveau® and Xeomin® are strategic pricks injected into your facial wrinkles—predominately your forehead or crow's feet—to relax the muscle and minimize the appearance of moderate to severe wrinkles. We use a very fine needle and inject small amounts of neurotoxins to keep these pricks tiny and targeted. Don't worry. We'll chat and figure out which one is right for you.
What are the results?
These are powerful pricks! You'll notice wrinkles and fine lines softened, plus an overall more youthful look. Some results are noticeable within a few days, with more results visible in 3-5 days after your treatment. Your ultimate results are visible about two weeks following your treatment. It is imperative to wait the full 14 days for full results. If tweaking is needed after 14 days, please make a follow-up appointment right away. Tweaking will not be done after 21 days of treatment.
How long does it last?
Botox®, Daxxify®, Dysport®, Jeuveau® or Xeomin® pricks to last about 3-4 months. You can expect your longer-lasting tox, Daxxify®, to last four to five months, sometimes up to six months.
Is it safe?
Definitely! These neurotoxins have been aggressively tested and approved by the FDA. Some PRICK'D clients feel mild, temporary discomfort from the treatments, but this goes away quickly. Plus, you can return to your normal daily activities right away, with the exception of heavy exercise! We ask that you wait until the day following treatment to partake in heavy exercise.
