Daxxify® Pre-Care Instructions:
- To avoid any unnecessary bruising, please skip the alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment. Also, hold off on anti-inflammatory meds (like Ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin, and fish oil) for 7-10 days beforehand.
- Keep your skin happy by drinking plenty of water and consuming a balanced diet in the days leading up to your treatment.
- Be sure to tell us about any medications, supplements, or health conditions you have during your consultation.
- Please arrive with clean skin that’s free from makeup and lotions on the day of your treatment.
- Schedule your appointment at least 6 weeks before any big events to allow time for the full effects to show.
Daxxify® Post-Care Instructions:
- Resist the urge to touch, rub, or otherwise apply pressure to or agitate the treated area for the first 4 hours.
- Avoid direct sunlight, saunas, and hot showers for 12 hours.
- Use a gentle cleanser and moisturizer to keep the treated area clean, comfortable, and in optimal condition for healing.
- Hold off on applying makeup for at least 12 hours to avoid any irritation.

- To reduce the likelihood of bruising, refrain from alcohol, aspirin, and anti-inflammatory medications for 24 to 48 hours before your appointment.
- Refrain from using retinol or other exfoliating skincare products on the treatment area for three days prior.
- Prepare your skin for treatment by staying well-hydrated and following a balanced diet to support optimal skin health.
- For a safe and effective treatment plan, share detailed information with your provider during your consultation about any medications, supplements, or medical conditions you may have.
- Cleanse your skin thoroughly and avoid applying makeup or lotions on the day of your appointment
- Schedule your treatment at least two weeks before significant events to allow full results to develop
Daxxify® Post-Care Instructions:
- Avoid lying down for at least 4 hours after treatment to ensure optimal placement of Daxxify®
- Do not touch, rub, or apply pressure to the treated area for the first 24 hours
- Avoid strenuous physical activities or exercise for 24 hours after your treatment to help minimize swelling or bruising.
- Protect the treated area by avoiding direct sunlight, saunas, and hot showers for 24-48 hours
- Keep the treated area healthy by using a gentle cleanser and a hydrating moisturizer to support healing.
- Hold off on applying makeup or beauty products for at least 24 hours to prevent contamination and support proper healing.
