Krista, aka The Glamskin RN, specializes in dermal fillers, PDO threads, and cosmetic lasers. She is most known for lip augmentation using her own signature technique known as “K-LIPS,” that enhances natural lips and gives harmony and balance to the face.
She uses her artistic eye to assess, improve, and balance facial features using the most advanced, non-surgical aesthetic treatments offered today.
She has traveled the US and worked alongside many world-renowned plastic surgeons, learning the most cutting-edge treatments available. She is a National Trainer for Revance Aesthetics and trains other providers on the use of the RHA Collection of dermal fillers and Daxxify the peptide powered neurotoxin.
Krista prides herself on staying up to date and continuing her education in the field of Medical Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery.
Melissa has been leading operations in the medical spa industry since 2003, bringing more than two decades of expertise in managing teams, elevating client experience, and fostering a culture of excellence. She is passionate about watching clients’ confidence transform as her team enhances their natural beauty and overall well-being.
When she’s not in the spa, you’ll find Melissa spending quality time with her family—traveling, cheering on her youngest at the baseball field, or visiting her oldest at Mizzou.
Sophia graduated from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Mass Communications. As the Social Media Coordinator at PRICK'D, Sophia is dedicated to enhancing our online presence and engaging with our vibrant community. She joined PRICK'D in April and has been instrumental in showcasing our innovative treatments and services through compelling and creative content. Outside of work, Sophia enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, attending pilates classes, and trying new places to eat and drink in STL.
Hailey has been a registered nurse for over five years and have spent the past three years in the aesthetic world- a field she truly fell in love with. Her passion lies in helping patients feel confident, empowered, and comfortable in their own skin. Whether it’s through skincare treatments, injectables, or simply offering guidance, her goal is always to enhance natural beauty and support your unique journey to self-confidence.
When she’s not in the treatment room, you’ll usually find her curled up with a good book or spending time with her playful (and very spoiled) mini Goldendoodle.
Theresa is one of the warm, welcoming faces at the front desk and a dedicated medical assistant who helps keep the practice running smoothly. She is passionate about creating a comfortable, positive environment and loves helping every patient feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
Always eager to learn, Theresa enjoys staying up to date on the latest treatments and skincare innovations that help patients look and feel their best. She believes in supporting each individual’s aesthetic journey with kindness, knowledge, and genuine care.
When she’s not assisting patients, you’ll often find Theresa curled up with a good book, planning her next travel adventure, or catching up on her favorite TV shows and movies.
Allie Jackson is a Licensed Esthetician and Laser Specialist. After completing her bachelor's in business, Allie pursued her Aesthetics License at The Salon Professional Academy. She has been in the industry for over two years and started working alongside Krista directly out of aesthetics school. Her educational background, experience, and being hands-on with patients, she has gained an attention to detail and passion for her health. She loves treating skin through variety of modalities, loves being part of an ever-advancing industry and is always excited to continue her education and educate her patients. In her personal time, she loves spending time with friends and family, working out, and live music.
Isabel is the warm and welcoming face you’ll meet at the front desk, dedicated to creating a seamless and positive experience for every patient who walks through the door. She is currently pursuing a career in nursing, inspired by her passion for aesthetics and her desire to help others feel confident, supported, and cared for.
Balancing school, work, and life as a mom to her energetic two-year-old daughter, Isabel brings genuine heart and dedication to everything she does. When she’s not studying or assisting patients, you’ll often find her at the gym—recharging and staying motivated so she can continue showing up as her best self each day.
Madison is a licensed esthetician with three years of experience, dedicated to helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through safe and effective treatments. She specializes in lasers, microneedling, and chemical peels, taking a results-driven yet ethical approach to every service.
Madison customizes each treatment plan to suit the individual needs and long-term goals of her clients, ensuring both visible results and lasting skin health.
Outside of the treatment room, Madison enjoys dancing, binge-watching reality TV, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
