Welcome to the Prick’d Medspa website (www.prickdmedspa.com). By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

Membership Terms

Contract: You must sign and agree prior to being added to our membership program.

Card on File and Billing: The card on file will be charged on the 1st of each month for membership fees. Membership can be canceled up to 10 days prior to the 1st of the month with written notice to getprickd@prickdmedspa.com. If the membership is canceled prior to 12 months, 2 months of membership fees will be applied.

Treatment Eligibility: Treatments will only be performed on the member under contract, and the membership is non-transferable.

Membership Period: After the 12-month membership ends, it will auto-renew unless canceled by the member under contract. Any updates or changes made to the membership will take effect at your renewal.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

Respect for Time: We believe in respecting everyone’s time, and we request that you give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Fees: Cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a $75 fee.  In case of a No-Call/No-Show, the full deposit will be forfeited, and an additional 25% of the total services originally scheduled will be charged to the card on file.

Changes to Terms

Prick’d Medspa reserves the right to update and modify these terms of use without notice. Your continued use of our website after any changes to these terms will signify your acceptance of the modified terms.

Gift Card Terms

Final Sale Policy: All gift card purchases are final and cannot be refunded for cash, credit, or any other form of payment once the purchase is complete.

Non-Exchangeable: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, services, or any other item of value outside of their intended use for services or products offered at Prick’d Medspa.

No Partial Refunds or Balance Transfers: Any remaining balance on a gift card after partial use will remain on the gift card and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or credit. The remaining balance may only be used for future purchases at Prick’d Medspa.

Lost or Stolen Cards: Prick’d Medspa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Gift cards should be treated as cash, and replacement cards will not be issued.

Expiration: Gift cards do not expire and may be used at any time unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Agreement: By purchasing a gift card from Prick’d Medspa, the purchaser agrees to these terms and conditions.

Pre-Paid Services, Redeemed Services & Service Package Terms & Conditions

Final Sale Policy: All pre-paid services, service packages, and redeemed services are final sale and non-refundable. Once payment is complete, no refunds will be issued for unused, partially used, or redeemed services.

Non-Transferable: Pre-paid service packages, credits, and redeemed services cannot be transferred to another client or used by anyone other than the original purchaser.

Satisfaction Policy: While we strive to provide excellent results and satisfaction, we do not offer refunds on services already rendered (redeemed services). If you are unsatisfied with your results, our team will work with you to discuss appropriate solutions or follow-up treatments, as needed.

Expiration Policy: Pre-paid services and packages must be redeemed within 1 year of purchase. Expired services or packages cannot be refunded, exchanged, or extended unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Usage: Pre-paid service packages may only be used for the specific treatments or services included in the package. They cannot be exchanged for other services, products, or cash.

No Partial Refunds or Adjustments: Unused, partially used, or redeemed services within a pre-paid package cannot be refunded, prorated, or applied toward other treatments or products.

Agreement: By purchasing pre-paid services, service packages, or receiving services at Prick’d Medspa, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

No Refunds: Prick’d Medspa does not offer refunds for services or membership fees.

Store Credit Consideration:

  • In certain circumstances, Prick’d Medspa may, at its sole discretion, consider providing store credit for unused services or membership fees.
  • Requests for store credit must be submitted in writing to getprickd@prickdmedspa.com, outlining the reason for the request.
  • Prick’d Medspa will review each request on a case-by-case basis and may choose to offer store credit as an alternative to a refund.

Conditions for Store Credit:

  • Store credit, if granted, can be used toward future services at Prick’d Medspa.
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The decision to grant store credit is at the discretion of Prick’d Medspa and is not guaranteed.

Exceptions:

  • No store credit will be provided for Monthly Specials, which are non-refundable.
  • Store credit will not be issued for services already rendered.

Notification: You will be notified of the decision regarding your store credit request via the email provided in your request.
