For the best results from your Restylane® Lyft treatment, follow these simple pre- and post-care instructions:
Pre-Care Instructions:
- Aspirin, ibuprofen, or any blood-thinning medications should be avoided for 24 hours before your appointment to prevent bruising
- Arrive with clean skin, free from makeup, lotions, or other skincare products.
- If you tend to bruise easily, consider taking arnica supplements a few days before your appointment to reduce swelling.
Post-Care Instructions:
- A cold compress can help minimize swelling or discomfort.
- Treated areas must not be massaged or touched for 24 hours.
- Strenuous physical activities must be avoided for 24 hours.
- Use sunscreen (SPF 30+) daily to protect your skin from the sun.
- Sleep with your head elevated for a few hours after treatment to minimize swelling.
